The movie 'Merupu' with Ram Charan and Kajal as pair in the direction of Dharani was started and stopped abruptly. The banner was Supergood and an agreement was made between the banner and Ram Charan that the latter has to be pay Rs 10 Cr as compensation for stopping the film after completing 25%. Otherwise, as per another clause in that agreement Ram Charan has to do 2 films for Supergood banner for free. Now Ram Charan has chosen the former.

On the other hand Ram Charan has paid back Rs 6 CR remuneration given by his uncle Nagababu for 'Orange' as it met with huge losses. And for Magadheera he got Rs 5 Cr from Allu Aravind with which he bought Rolls Roycee for his dad and rest spent for horses and horse-like heroines. That way, technically Ram Charan is drowned in debts now, say the people those move around him.
